  • Have dinner three hours before sleeping.
  • Sleep with the body raised from the waist up by uprising the end of the bed 6 to 9 inches.
  • Don’t eat food that causes acid reflux, like chocolate, coffee, mint, onion, garlic, etc.
  • Taking gas-o-fast jeera can also help if the symptoms are mild.
