Our fast and hectic life often makes us compromise our diet. Good old Oatmeal
It is by far the breakfast possible. We barely get time for a wholesome breakfast these days, but a bowl of oatmeal is not that difficult to prepare or time consuming to eat. Oatmeal does not cause heartburn and keeps your tummy full for a longer time during the day, it cuts on your tendencies to binge on something else between the next meal, keeping chances of acidity and weight gain at bay.

Aloe vera to the rescue
Try having aloe vera juice in the morning to be assured that digestive problems wouldn’t bother you. Aloe vera is known to have several healing properties and adding it to our daily routine would only enhance our health in every possible way. As far as acidity and heartburn is considered, aloe is one of the safest options to rely on.

Add a little Ginger
Available in every household, ginger is more of a remedial option than a preventive one. It is very effective in treating acid reflux and any other digestive problem with its anti-inflammatory properties. It works wonders on most gastrointestinal conditions. You can slice it, dice it grate it, have it raw, add it in tea, smoothies to help you provide respite with heartburn. 

Go Bananas
Much like apples, a banana everyday keeps several ailments away – especially digestion issues and heartburn. With a PH of 5.6, it neutralizes stomach acids and providing you relief in the way. If you are prone to acidity, make sure you include bananas in your daily diet. You can also try banana shake if eating the fruit is something you don’t prefer.
Daily dose of Ajwain

Ajwain is a common name in every Indian household. Chewing on ajwain after meals requires no extra effort. It is a bang on solution for heartburn and a preventive measure as well. Its healing properties provide instant relief in case you’re suffering from acid reflux. Not only this, if due to any digestive problem you experience pain in the stomach, you can count on ajwain for relieving you off it within a few minutes.
