Ginger Home Remedy

Ginger is a popular Chinese remedy that is famous for its anti-inflammatory properties. Small doses of ginger relieve irritation in your stomach. It reduces inflammation and counters acid reflux giving you instant relief.

•You can also consume freshly grated ginger or chew ginger as it is for instant relief from acidity.
