How to make:-

Take a pan and heat oil in it. Add onions, ginger, garlic, and green chilies in the pan. Saute them till they golden brown in color.

Now add the pav bhaji masala, turmeric, tomatoes, and salt. Add green chilies and water and mix it well. To this mixture, add boiled vegetables and stir. Cook for 4-5 minutes.

Mash the potatoes till they get little pulpy. Add some water to the pan and cook for 10-15 minutes. Now, serve with toasted buns.

While enjoying the taste, if you have ended up over-eating pav bhaji, it may cause the problem of acidity. In such a situation, take a sachet of Gas-O-Fast and add it in a glass of water. Drink it and feel relieved from the acidity problem instantly. It is one of the best antacids available at nominal prices in the market.
