Spicy Paneer Masala is one of the best Indian dishes that be tried for special occasions. It can be easily cooked in less time. The spicy paneer recipe tastes best with puri, parantha, naan or roomali roti. It can also be served as a starter. Try this delicious recipe!

200 gm cheese
2 inches chopped ginger
12 cloves chopped garlic
1 chopped onion
2 chopped tomatoes
2 chopped green chili
3 tablespoon refined oil
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1/3 teaspoon cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon powdered black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/3 teaspoon coriander powder
1/3 teaspoon garam masala powder
2 pinches salt
2 large sliced green chili
Take a pan to heat oil and add cumin seeds to it. Fry it for few seconds on medium flame. Add ginger, chopped green chili, garlic, and fry for a few minutes.
Add chopped onion and fry it for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame. Now add chopped tomato and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes on medium flame. Keep stirring them in between.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and black pepper powder. Mix them and cook the spices for 2 minutes on low flame.
Add paneer and salt, and mix them. Now, cook for 2 minutes on low flame and cover the lid.
To give it a spicy taste, add garam masala powder and sliced green chili. Mix it and turn off the flame.
Spicy paneer masala is ready to serve.
