    • For immediate relief from stomach ache: In a spoon, cook a little asafoetida (heeng) in water till the mixture becomes slightly transparent. When cool, apply the paste on and around the navel. Gently massage.
    • Simply chewing on a few saunf seeds reduce the symptoms of acidity.
    • Jeera water can be made by soaking it overnight. It doesn’t need heat so there is no chance of nutrient loss. Put two tablespoons of jeera in one liter jar of water. Do not forget to cover the lid.

  • Mix 1 tsp of dried ginger powder and 1 tsp of ajwain powder. Add a pinch of black salt. Take 1 tsp of this mixture with a cup of warm water to help with flatulence, abdominal colic, indigestion and diarrhea.
  • Soak 3 tsp of ajwain in lime juice and mix a little black salt. Take 1 tsp of the mixture twice a day to prevent gas problems.
  • Mix 1 tsp of carom seeds with 1 tsp of cumin seeds. Consume them regularly along with ginger powder.
  • Boil the 200 milliliters of water. Now, add the boiling water to the glass filled with peels of pomegranate. Let it sit for 25 minutes and cover it with a lid. Once cool, drink it. This is a great remedy for stomach related problems.
