Mojos is a form of fast food. The salty in taste fried potatoes are crispy. It is the best form of snacks and can be served with sauce. Mojos are easy to cook and can be prepared within 45 minutes.
2 cup flour
3/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp thyme
1 tsp garlic powder
4 medium potatoes
Bake the potatoes in the oven for about 1 hour. Let them cool. Cut potatoes into thick wedges.
Mix and stir together the flour, thyme, garlic powder, pepper in a pan.
First, dip potato slices into the milk and then into flour mixture.
Now, deep fry the wedges in hot oil till its color changes to golden brown. This takes around 5 to 7 minutes.
Mojos are ready to be served with dressing.
