Curd, Water, Mint leaves, Ginger, Asafoetida, cumin seeds, salt and pepper. 
•Churn curd, salt, black pepper and black salt in a bowl with a whisk. 
•Slowly add water and keep whisking until all the ingredients get mixed and there are no lumps in your curd. 
•Add more water if required and your buttermilk is ready. 
•You can add coarsely chopped mint leaves, minced ginger, a pinch of asafoetida or roasted cumin seeds to improve benefits and add more flavour to your drink.
